Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At WpPatrol LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality WordPress maintenance and technical services. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to offer clear and fair terms regarding refunds and cancellations.

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our portal at portal.wppatrol.com, including subscription plans and one-time services. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital services and the manual work involved, all sales are considered final once service delivery has begun. Refunds are available only under specific conditions outlined below. We do not offer “no questions asked” refunds.

3. Subscription Services

a. Refund Eligibility

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription only if:

  • No maintenance tasks have been performed on your website.

  • No login credentials or access to your site have been used by our team.

Refund requests submitted after 7 days or after service work has started will not be accepted.

b. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your client dashboard. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not trigger a refund for the current billing period.

We offer monthly, quarterly, and annual billing options. All renewal payments are non-refundable.

c. Failure to Submit Onboarding Information

If onboarding details (e.g., login credentials) are not submitted within 14 days of purchase, your subscription will remain active and billable. Refunds will not be issued unless the request meets the criteria in Section 3a.

4. One-Time Services

One-time services (e.g., WordPress migration, error fixing, malware cleanup) are non-refundable once work has started.

If no work has begun within 24 hours of purchase and you wish to cancel, you may be eligible for a full refund upon request.

5. Service Delivery Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of a service, we encourage you to contact us directly at support@wppatrol.com. In rare cases, partial or full refunds may be considered only if:

  • The service was not delivered as described.

  • Our team was unable to resolve the issue after multiple attempts, with documented communication.

Each case is reviewed individually at our discretion.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We strongly advise contacting us before initiating a dispute with your payment provider. Filing a chargeback without prior communication may result in immediate suspension of your account and services.

We reserve the right to submit all related documentation (invoices, work logs, communications) to contest any chargeback through Stripe or other payment platforms.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@wppatrol.com with the following details:

  • Your full name and the email used at checkout

  • Order ID or subscription reference

  • A brief explanation for the refund request

We typically respond within 48 hours.

8. Policy Updates

WpPatrol LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
